I've been trying to get credit advices from Nedbank since 2 Dec'13. Each time I get told that a query had been logged and I have to wait anything from 2 - 6 working days. I don't think this is the fault of any one particular person, it just seems that Nedbank couldn't care less to satisfy their customers. We live in a age where everything happens electronically, documents can be sent across the world in a matter of seconds but I suppose with Nedbank they need to chisel your statements out in stone and therefore the tedious waiting periods.
ABSA was able to provide me with similar information after a single phone call and 30 minutes later it was in my inbox. So far Nedbank has taken 3 weeks (despite several phone calls and 2 trips to the branch) and the wait is not over yet.
