We applied for a new home loan mid April 2013 at our local Boksburg K90 Branch. We supplied all the documentation as requested for by the bank under ref: 4401726.By end April I phoned to get a progress report on my application. I was told that our bond was approved in principle and cthat the bank will sent out a valuator to do the valuation. At the end of the week I phoned again and was told that our file was closed. Apparently we did not supply all the documentation as requested. We had a meeting with a manager at the K90 branch, gave proof of all correspondence as it was all sent from the same branch. We were told that a new application (4724042) will be done and that it will be expedited. Once again all documentation was supplied. They only started to work on this new application on 6 May 2013. We were told on Friday the 17th that we will get a final answer by Monay the 20th. We phoned on Monday and was told tomorrow. We phoned the next day and was told again tomorrow. I have to move out of my property that was sold by end May. You are completely useless. The Branch manager and we listed a complaint with complaints, with no results. What a FARCE
