The wrong amount was deducted for my first insurance policy installment. I reported it on Friday 17 May. After reporting the problem on Friday 17 May 2013 i did not receive any joy. I phoned a second time this morning and Mpho Mofokeng assisted me. What was commendable is that she understood the problem immediately. She listened to the agreement on tape an corrected my problem within 10 min. It is so nice to speak to people that are prepared to go the extra mile. Thank you!!! j
