I applied for a home loan over on 3 May 2013 which was delayed due to them closing the original reference number and reopening a new one and I had to go through the whole process over again with the new reference number, all documentation was supplied. I got the new reference number and have supplied all documentation, just last week I got an sms to say that the home loan is been appointed to the attorneys. Yay finally::: NOT, only to discover the wrong erf was valuated, a vacant stand instead of my sectional title house. Now I am struggling to get them to valuate the correct property only to be told to send through the documentation all over again, it is rediculous, it is over 60 pages of documentation to fax again, why when everything was in order I now have to be assessed over again due to a mistake in the valuation of STD Bank. I will soon be losing this property due to errors of the bank, My husband told me to apply through STD Bank because they were the fastest and most reliable, WELL NOT anymore. I am sooooo angry as the estate agent told me that someone else viewed the property over the weekend and wants to make an offer..REF: 4460383
