Hi All @ 1Life I recently applied for a funeral policy with 1 life direct. What a pleasure it was speaking to the young lady that assisted me. She was professional, courtious and everything you would want from a sales person. She explained the entire policy in detail and given my sales experience i think she was phenomenal
