Refusal to rectify erro

FNB personal loans collection department are debiting my account R165.33 incorrectly with someonelses debt with them. I dont have a loan with FNB but Gwyneth Hugo from their collections says its their policy not to reverse and reimburse clients with such errors because my account is showing on the persons profile. The person in question has signing rights on my account for my convenience not for FNB to debit me for her debts. Gwyneth told me her manager is away and all the other managers will call me only if they can. She refuses to correct the error and was not willing to give me an indication of the resolution. I was not even given a reference number for my call. Hopefully the call was recorded and all of this can be verified by her management. Even after i told her that i will report this as i am doing to Hello Peter she was nonchalant about it. i guess customer quiries and complaints are not important to FNB or specifically FNB Personal loans collection even if its wrong like in my case. The treatment and un cooperativeness recieved has left a very sour taste in my mouth.
