Firstly I am a very unhappy customer as I didnt expect this of First for Woman, I resently bought a new car last year in March I took out insurance at 1st for Woman I am working at a mall in Witbank, and the people at the mall bump and scratch the cars... so it happen they bump my car, I informed my insurance and ask the lady if I can claim from my insurance, the lady said to me that I do not have a cover for small scratches and dents, i ask her if I can take out the police for small dents? then she said yes and then I can claim after 3 months, I phone 1ste for Woman for a claim number, then I took my car in for a quote was decline which I do understand because it was for all 4 doors and the amount they cover was to little. But in this week I phoned again asking them if they can assist with the one door in the front the right hand as it looks very bad as they gave me a new quote number I took again my car in to Auto Magic Witbank only to find out they louded the wrong claim not for small scrathes and dents, and still waiting for responds after so many calls I as customer had to made! And STILL NOT BEEN HELPED!! I as customer think this is VERY BAD SERVICE!
