Billing Accounts and Bad Service

FNB Loans were paid up & FNB still debited me from my account, I called to enquire why, no-one could help me, I received a very pathetic service from FNB, I cannot understand why was it difficult for them to assit me with this up until now, 1st Call 12:00Pm in the after noon 0860 11 22 44 general enquiries took my details down & told me to go to loans, loans says they dont know why it went off my account I should speak to Collections, Spoke to collections Thulisile Nxumalo tells me she wants proof of payment, Its an FNB account and my loan is with FNB so how is it that they take money off my account but dont have a recod of it, without telling me she transefers me back to loans, I dont understand if loans cannot help me before I went to collection why transfer me there? I put the phone down & called again 081562673, they said that I should call 0875750091 & spoke to Fellent Manthonto, she gave me another number for collections 011 371 2024 which brings me to loans, 1 whole hour went by with no proper service from FNB & on top of that no answer as to why my account was debited. I want my Refund and feedback, I am going charge FNB for interest like how they charge me.
