Greenbacks - or Real?

I placed an order online against my Greenbacks for a Mothersday Gift for my Mom - let's just say, Mothersday has come and gone, and I have no gift to show for it.

I logged a call with Nedbank last week, and was advised that it would take 2 days for feedback, that also has come and gone - NO FEEDBACK...

Now, when I call to follow up, I am told that my issue has been escalated, which may now be 5 days... Really???

A few Questions to you...
Is this how you like to be treated if you were in this situation?
Where has Customer Service Excellence gone?
Is the Customer Experience no longer important?
What if I was the CEO of Nedbank, What would you do differently?
What if i was the president of the Nation? What would you do differently?
Cone On guys, put yourselves in the shoes of your customers... and put a Fire under your tooshy and do something... anything...

You have created this program, you should have some ownership in Completion of orders, and have correct communication on your websites around these rewards programs.
