No Status updates? Feedback

I have redeemed some of my greenbacks to get a Weber grill, the problem is that even knowing that it could take up to 14 days it is impossible to track the progress on the delivery. The website is not working and or saying that it has been cancelled? What is the status or where is the points (greenbacks) if it is cancelled?
There is just no feedback or status updates providing details of your order. This is very poor.
This is not the only complaint for the Greenbacks program fix it make it work, and where is my braai???
