Efore I could be assisted at capitec bank colonnade I went to two capitec banks branches - wonderpark and rosslyn. I wanted to apply for a consolidation loan. I decided to go to Kolonnade as I couldn't understand what the two branches were talking about. When I got to Kolonnade I was assisted by Sharade who on the spot explained to me what was needed from me and how she can assist me, she did that with a patient and great attitude, Even on the following day I went back and was assisted by her again with the relevant docs and she called Pat to check who also advised me on what to do, with the same manner and attitude. When I went back on the 7th May I was assisted and finally my debts were consolidated, . It was my first time experience with Capitec but the service I got from Kolonnade was the best not because I got the loan but they were able to communicate with me in a way I could understand.
