Closing my house insurance with Tika Chungu from Budget was a very positive experience, especially after shopping around with 6 other competitor insurance companies. Tika Chungu is friendly but not over sweet, well and clear spoken, he posses complete product knowledge, he is efficient, follows up at the precise time (even a week later) ; and tries his level best to give you the best possible quot. Unfortunately the Car insurance quote was not as good otherwise i would have changed my Car to budget as well. I can recommend Tika Chungu and with his level of efficiency, time keeping and discipline he would make a great team leader or manager.
