Unsatisfactory service by merchant call centre

To whom it may concern

What atrocious service from " FNB Merchant Call Centre " regarding my merchant credit card machine, as it failed to accept any cards we were given a ref no : 40 33 145, and told that it will be escalated as a 4 STAR HOTEL it is imperative that we have a credit card machine however we are into our 18 hour without having any technician coming to resolve the problem.

THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
