2 Months without Merchant card machine

Good day,

I am from a company who repairs cellphones and we have been without a working card machine for nearly 2 months. We are losing business because this is most peoples preferred way of paying.

We have logged 3 calls for a technician to come and repair our machine but we never here from them after we log the call. I will be cancelling my merchant service this week if this is not dealt with.

After giving them 4 contact numbers they have the audacity to tell me that they could not contact us which is absolute rubbish and the service provider BYTES seems to be pulling the wool over their eyes. My phones work at all times as i am in the service industry and my customers need to get hold of me.

Besides I am sure if they really did try contact us they would have left a voice mail. These are just diversion tactics for bad service.
