Al-Cazaba Lodges has been waiting since 19h00, 18/05/2013... Today is 19/05/2013 and we still have no response regarding our Merchant Device as its not working thus Merchant Call Centre keep telling us that they keep escalating our response but still no reply and nooo response... We are a HOTEL and we are loosing our guests, is FNB going be responsible for our losses???
This is unacceptable, please train your staff to equip themselves with the basic malfunctioning of Merchant Devices manual or send out on-sight technician.
