We contacted FNB merchant Services 4 weeks ago regarding a swipe machine for credit cards. eventually 3 weeks ago i asked to speak to the call center manager for the merchant services, his name is Stanley. He assured me that there must have been a glitch in the system, and that it shouldn't take longer that 3-4 working days from application to delivery. I contacted them again on the 19th of august and after spending another 45 minutes on the phone the call center agent assured me that this machine was installed on Saturday the 17th of august, but no one was at our offices to collect the device. so who has this device? they cannot even tell me who signed for the collection of the device. Our company is called liquid vinyl, manager Warren Crayhorne. We are disappointed in FNB and the quality of service we have received concerning this matter.
