NO CREDIT CARD MACHINE

We applied for a credit card machine with FNB the first time and received it a week after the promised date. This following many calls made to Mohamed who is the Merchant Sales Consultant. We had another machine with Nedbank but Mohamed offered us a better deal and we decided to also switch this account to FNB. They had our application since beginning April. I told him that I need the machine to be installed by the 2nd of May as we gave notice to Nedbank. He said it should not be a problem. At the end of April I called to find out if everything is still ok for installation on 2 May. All of a sudden formes had to be signed that were not done before and conformations with Nedbank had to be done. We sorted that out and I was promised the machine will be installed on 10 May the latest. It is now the 16th of May and still nothing. It's no use phoning Patrick or Stanley as they promise to get back to you but nothing happens. We are loosing sales because of this. I hope that I will get a better response than the normal automated response from FNB.
