'IM A RESTAURANT OWNER AND MY CREDIT CARD FACILITY IS WITH FNB MERCHANT SERVICES HAVING REPORTED A FAULTY MACHINE TWICE, ON BOTH OCCASIONS THE MACHINE WAS REPLACED WITH ANOTHER FAULTY MACHINE YESTERDAY WE LOST MONEY BECUASE OF FNB I'M EMBARRASSED TO INFORM CUSTOMERS THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT THEIR CARDS AND THE FAULT IS WITH FNB WE HAD PHONED THE CALL CENTER SEVERAL TIMES BUT TO NO AVAIL WE EVEN CONTACTED THE MERCHANT MANAGER IN DURBAN WHO FAILED TO EVEN RETURN OUR CALL... I'M DEFINATELY NOT ADVISING ANYBODY OUT THERE TO USE FNB IN THEIR BUSINESSES... FNB MERCHANT SERVICES IS RUN BY INDIVIDUALS WHO KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER CARE
THEY ARE SHORT OF STOCK ON MACHINES AND REPLACE PAYING CUSTOMERS LIKE MYSELF WITH OTHER FAULTY MACHINES NOW THAT'S WHAT YOU CALL CHEAP SKATES
