Poor service delivery

I have applied for a personal load from P&E Investments and completed all the relevant documentation as per there request. I have made numerous phone calls to establish if my load has been approved or declined. They have confirmed my word on the 10th April already. Every time I phone they reply by saying it is pending and waiting for an answer. I applied for a load to have funds. When I applied they told me it will take 3 to 4 working days for an answer and I am now one month later and still waiting.
