3 weeks waiting period

I applied for a loan and it was approved and i thought since its approved the pay out will be much quicker. i then called the head office they told me the waiting period is 3 weeks something that your consultant never made me aware of. i applied for the load because i need the money as soon as possible. why do we have to complain first before we are attended? why is it that people cant do their job properly. at this stage a phone call will not solve my problem instead depositing money in my account will solve it. and i am now thinking of cancelling the loan.
