First National Bank
Applied for Loan Cellphone

I applied for a cellphone via my FNB cheque account to date I still have not recieved any notifications to inform me if the phone was approved or not. I applied for a loan online via internet banking. I took all the relevant documentation to my FNB branch and was told I would have feedback within 24 hours. To the min still no feedback, still no funds. Does FNB want business or not???
