I applied for a personal loan. I got a sms confirming that it were approved and that they want to deposit the money. I received a phone call confirming that the application were approved and for R145k instead of the R135k applied for. They confirmed various personal detail in a next call and then on a 3rd call confirmed my banking details for the funds to be deposited into. The next moment I only received a sms confirming that the application for a loan were not approved. Now I do ask - how does Direct Axis operate. How can you confirm a loan and even higher than applied for and have various confirmations per phone calls - only to decline the application. If it were on credibility - then PLEASE do a credit check pro active - not to waste their time and expenses and same with clients.
