I applied to acces funds from my RA.The first directive was declined by SARS because of an error in a retrenchment package I received. Once that was sorted, I contacted Liberty & only 2 weeks later was asked to fill in a form because I could withdraw the full amount if it was under a certain amount. The form was returned within 30 mins to Liberty only to be declined by SARS because the incorrect amount was applied for. Another 2 weeks & numerous phone calls & I'm still waiting... no feedback from the company whatsoever unless I contact them & then they keep blaming SARS for their own incompitence. Totally NOT impressed with the lack of service delivery... my payments are made every month & have always been made on time. Sandy
