My claim has been processing from the 13-03-2013 now being the 16-05-2013 i still have not received an offer and very little feedback. I dont even think my emails get read when asking for feedback or updates. Eventuall i was told by the Claims agent that they are wiaiting for their client to make the excess payment then they can process my claim this was about 2 weeks ago. Surprise... I spoke to their client who they are waiting to make payment and who they contacted repeatedly... He told me that he knows nothing about any excess payment and was never contacted by the insurance company about this. 2 months have gone by for what??? when we are still in the same situation as the 13-03-2013??? No reason... No Feedback. I would not even consider insuring anything with Regent... with this kind of service... Terrible.
