Mr. Muruge, a regent insurance client rear ended my 2013 BMW 328i. He admitted guilt as per the accident report, was cooperative and took on the responsibility of having my car fixed. He contacted regent insurance and was issued claim number MBA012712CLM. I have been given the run around for 2 months and there seems to be no end to it. What's annoying is that my plight is insignificant to regent insurance considering I want my car to be fixed at a BMW Approved Repair Centre and not at a place of their choosing.
