Claim was not attended too for more than 30days

I had made a claim on the 24/01/2013 ref:066095 the car was assessed and never got feedback from Regent for more than 30 days. But instead i was the one who made follow ups with the person incharge of my claim(Mastepo) left several masseges but she never got back to me and my car was not fixed niether i was not informed if the panela beater is busy via email/phone/sms. On the 25/02/2013 made another claim car hire and towing Dpt were effecient, i did a follow up on the second claim ref: 067742 also asked about the first claim then was advised that i must pay 1% extra on my excess of the insured amount beacuse it was my second claim. What is disgusting the first claim has not yet been paid and no one bothered to advise me if the claim was authorised/not but instead i was the one who wasted my time, energy and airtime phoning. i was told that if i want both the claims to be fixed i must pay close to R6000 for excess.I cannot afford that amount if the first claim ws authorised and my car was fixed on time i would have managed to pay R2500 excess then and pay the R3850 now for the second claim.im disgusted with the service i have received and will also advise other insurance holders.
