I have send your client service a email on how bad Regent Insurance is.
Well I am glad I am with Outsurance.

Because Your client was at fault with the accident were he reversed in to my wife's car.

Well everything was submitted were I was told that the claim will be processed fast. ja right I am still waiting.
This is my responds that I got from your lady working with the claim.

Kindly be advised that I cannot, unfortunately, attend to the claim further until I receive confirmation from our claims department that the claim is validated therefore I cannot advise you of a time frame for the claim to be finalised.
Once our client's claim is validated the section ii excess will be requested from our client. Once this is paid we will attend to your claim further.
Usually the panel beaters are still able to repair your vehicle as per the quote even if a few months have passed however if the quote has gone up kindly provide us with a revised quote and we will determine whether an assessor needs to be appointed to assess the damages and for us to attend to accordingly.
