My Fiance? applied for a personal loan and credit card. He was pre-approved, has been into the Woodmead branch with all his documentation. He has signed his contract and received his card and was assured the money would be deposited and card activated that day. 3 days later still nothing. Today he was told to call head office who told him they are still waiting for approval. How can he have been given the card and contract to sign if he hasn't been approved yet. They also can't give him a time period. He was told he'll get an sms any time from the next 2 minutes to the next 2 years??? I have vehicle finance through African Bank and my service was fantastic so I recommended them to him and now this. I've put his ID in the form. Please could we have some feedback.
