I was involved in an accident on the 28 June 2013. The person who was in the wrong is an insurance holder from Regent. I have not received any contact from the company with regards to my claim or any form of contact from the company. My insurance contacted the person responsible for the accident as part of their procedure, however they have not contacted me, and their client as well is giving me the run around. As an insurance company they failed to treat this case with urgency. highly disappointed in them and their client. She also did not give me the claim number. Regent and their client are acting like criminals.
