FNB and it's great Customer Service

I called the FNB Collections department seeking advice/assitance regarding an amount I owe them. On the second try to get to the right person I got through to Milda and asked her to assist with confirming how I owe R4332 from a loan I am said to still be owing. She then told me I need to call Legal and that she could not transfer me as they can't do that, I then asked her to log a query for investigation or send an email to legal to get someone to call me back with confirmation as to how I owe this amount, I was told that the legal dpt. doesn't have an email address and she couldn't log a query, I would need to call them. How can any call centre not have an extension or email for their legal dpt. especially if its collections? I spoke to the attorneys they handed me over to only to find I was handed over 7 days ago but only notifed today that I am owing, yet I have not received a legal letter regarding this matter from FNB, the last call I had regarding an amount I was owing I asked them to confirm how I owe them as I settled the loan and still no feedback, this is why I will not be moving to FNB, to think that I was so looking forward to joining them, my mind is made up.
