I ordered an iPad Mini through FNB as an existing FNB customer. I recieved an sms almost 10 working days ago to request that I send through Debit Order Switching forms to complete my order. I called the number on the sms and was told that I do not need to do this as I am an existing customer. I received the SAME sms a few days later and called again, to be told the SAME thing, that I don't need to send anything through and that my order is complete. Today I ave received AGAIN. I am so frustrated, I called the call centre to be told that I need to speak to someone else (although I called the number on the sms), and was then put on hold for ten minutes so I hung up. I have now wasted 3 phone calls and had no joy. I was also supposed to receive my iPad this week, tomorrow marks the last of the 15 working days! I doubt I will be receiving anything considering after 3 weeks they cannot even finalise my order. I have been a very happy FNB customer in the past however I am I not happy at all with this service and am considering cancelling my order all together if this issue is not resolved urgently without me having to waste time calling numerous people.
