Banking with FNB has been the worst experience by far, Its been about 2yrs or so but I haven't enjoyed any benefit from them and the most pathic thing about it all they for ever going on about the system this that and the other, surely they are using the same systems as other banks but they manage to assist without any hesitation and all is well, Im disapponted in FNB till today Im still having problems with the incontact and and all the reasons I have recieved from FNB are stupid and don't make sense, to me FNB is not innovative. Im utterly dissappointed in FNB and the service I have recieved as a customer and I keep on saying Im switching banks but this time I think I mean it, and when Im called PLEASE I really don't want to hear obvious things beacuse the phone call will just be a waist of time and I don't have time to listen and to talk about obvious things that you are trained to say.
