I have on-going issues with in-contact emails & sms's arriving up to 5 days after my purchases. The FNB call centre merely dismissed my complaint blaming cellphone networks for the delay. They couldn't explain the delayed emails. I took the matter further with Swinton Scheepers, who I was told is Manager of Card Services. He promised to look into the matter & get back to me. He called back once, but the issue wasn't resolved. The delays continue and I've not heard from Swinton again. Is this how FNB approaches client security issues? All the "Steve" ads are pretty pointless & redundant if this is how FNB actually treats its customers!
