I have been passed from one side to the next, i have a samsung s3 for 7 months and have had so many issues with the phone dropping calls, the phone hanging. I use my phone a lot as i am on the road at all times and cannot be without a handset that i can access my emails etc. I started off by calling the call center and while explaining the issue my call dropped, i was expecting a call back and did not recieve one, this after they had all my info. I then tried a few days later and was told nothing was logged and i would have to take my phone in.

I took the phone to east rand mall and was told i need to contact the repair center to make arrangement, while i was in the store there was two clients that had the same issues. i then called samsung and was told the network needs to sort this out as they aware of the issues and have issued swop out units.

I then called the repair center and was told no i must go back to the cell c shop and give it in to them, so once again this is up and down. while this was on the go cellc benifits called and after i explained this matter i was told they can give me a swop out and another cellphone as i am not happy with the s3.
