FNB does not delive

I applied for an FNB Credit Card in the last week of December 2012. I went through all the motions online and everything was approved. I sent through all the needed paperwork the next day. After not receiving any feedback whatsoever, I contacted the call centre on 8/01/2013. I spoke to Kobain and he said everything was approved they are just waiting for FNB Card Division to let me know when I can pick up the card. I phoned again on 09/01/2013 and spoke to another agent (I unfortunately couldn't get her name). This time there was no trace of my application according to her. I again phoned on 15/01/2013 and spoke to Lebo, who assured me that everything was in order and it was only a matter of time. After not getting any feedback again, I phoned Card Division on 19/01/2013 and spoke to Alice. I was then informed that there were "delays" with my credit card. She promised that someone would phone me on 21/01/2013 to explain. It is now 22/01/2013 and I have yet to hear anything from FNB. Is this how FNB treats their customers?? I waste all my money and all my time to contact them because they are not doing their job. Please assist as I am contemplating moving my accounts to another bank!
