Paid 50% for a sliding gate and after the payment was sent through on the 6th August I heard nothing until the 19th August. After countless calls and emails I got promises of tracks to be laid on Wednesday 21st that kept being delayed and on the promised delivery days I had to follow up only to get news of more delays. I had weather delays and when sunshine came for a few days, I had foreman had accidents delays, then Lee-Ann was apparently in hospital delays, then there was a mix up with whether or not the gate should be coated delays and finally the powder coater is causing delays. Once the gate was finally installed on the 26th September 3 weeks later than the 3 weeks promised, and they install the gate with no motor which had been paid for and Lee-Ann asks for a draw to pay the electrician to buy the motor and cabling. (extremely laughable and unsurprising). This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I would not recommend or refer Alpha Security gates to anyone only the opposite. It was stressful, time consuming and unacceptable. I have learned the hard way and will do my home work before believing sales people in future.
