A few weeks ago, I put in a complaint regarding a loan that I had settled with FNB. Going through the dynamics of the matter will be a little tedious considering the fact that the last two agents that I dealt eith were nothing but friendly and helpful. They listened to my query and were able to see where issues had begun with the matter. They called back when they said they would and they did such a good job to keep me in the loop with everything when it was resolved. I have forgotten the name of the lady that called me this week but please send her my regards as she did an amazing job and need to be commended for it. Tshepo also did a good job. I am so happy that this matter is resolved.
Just a question, as I have been advised that my issue was resolved. Is there any sort of proof that I should receive in case I get contacted by Debt-In again?
