Frustration with FNB neutralised by GREAT Service

I was totally frustrated today having tried many avenues to get FNB staff to assist with a situation that I was very frustrating. I needed to pay a third party a sum that exceeded FNBs limit quickly but was unable to get assistance from on line banking & other avenues that I tried. However, I contacted my Premier Banker, Ms Nitasha Balak, & after speaking to her for a short while I realized that I was finally talking to someone who, firstly, cared about my problem. Secondly, she understood my problem & finally she was willing to do everything within her power to help me resolve the situation. Without going into details, all I would like to say is that she went BEYOND the call of duty to assist me. I think FNB needs to be thankful to have someone of her calibre working for them as she made me compliment FNB instead of logging a complaint on this very site. Ms Balak has restored my faith that there are people that care about customer service and who are willing to go the extra mile. Not only did she resolve the matter but she called me while I was on my way home to advise me that all was resolved and I could have a relaxed evening. FNB should be grateful to Ms Nitasha Balak.
