Going the extra mile

I called in yesterday in need of serious assistance. I spoke to a service consultant who was not able to assist me.
I than requested to speak to a manager from Premium Suite Sharlin. I explained my situaton and with in a space of an hour he was able to assist me with a financial solution. Sharlin really made it easy for me to
deal with FNB, he made it easy for me to be understood. ANd he really went the extra mile to assist me.
Thank you Sharlin for the great an efficient service. You have retained my business with FNB for many years
to come and have renewed my Faith in them.
