I'd like to compliment Alan Pape for the excellent service he has provided me as my premier banker. He helped me sort out my account after I discovered there have been unauthorized withdrawals made from it last year. He went the extra mile and made sure the issue was resolved speedily making sure that I could enjoy my holiday in Thailand.
