I honestly do not know why FNB has a Premier Banking department. They are absolutely useless and cant assist with anything.
I was under the impression that the would assist FNB's clients to resolve issues. All that they do is act as a glorified call centre and passing the buck.
I have serious issues with the home loans department, was promised for a reference number and I am still waiting for the reference number. Bella Buttle, the so called supervisor their has been absolutely no help and sounds like she has a bit of an attitude problem.
Can FNB please advise what the benefit is of Premier Banking as I see NO BENEFIT at all???
