I had an underwriting query since the month of May 2013. After discovering the incorrect billing I started liaising with the call center in order to resolve it. Speaking to many agents over the months without getting it resolved, being frustrated, near to tears and unable to use the medical aid, Sidonia came on the line and remedied the situation. She took charge, motivated my situation to higher powers, kept me in the loop and I could finally depend on someone. She remained friendly, professional, managed to keep me calm and resolved my never ending query solely on her actions and perseverance. I commend her for any award/motivation/incentive that an agent of her calibre deserve.
