7 day notice account

I want to say thank you for the telephonic service I got from Bongani Masina he had gone the extra mile to assist and do his best in accommodating me; as well as being professional. I had placed notice on my 7 day account and the money was not released today (2nd August) I called the premier banking division and he took my call. It appeared I did not place the notice effectively and therefor no money was paid into my cheque account. he did everything he could to try see if the money could be released to me sooner after speaking with his manager/supervisor the result was that I would have to wait till 13th August for my money. He even transferred me to the credit department so I could try get a limit increase on my credit card and or perhaps and overdraft to cover the money I required. However that department drop the call on me so no result. He called me back today to find out if I got helped and sorted out and perhaps if there was other alternative he could think off to assist. Its not everyday one get service like this I want to acknowledge his service and that he cared enough as well as understood my problem to call back. thank you again Bongani.
