Disgusting service from Mangwanani

On 10 October I booked and paid for a Mangwanani night spa experience for 3 persons for the 23rd of December. All was confirmed as I received a confirmation email from Mangwanani.

On 18 December, 5 days before the booked date Nitasha from Mangwanani phoned me and explained that there are no other bookings for that night and asked if they could slot us in for a day spa for the 3 persons at no extra cost to myself. At that point I explained that while that would be nice, my guests are only in Cape Town for 5days and as such we cannot spend a full day at the spa and we would require a refund. Nitasha then advised that her manager would contact me. I then received an email from Wendy advising me exactly what Nitasha explained telephonically and I told her as well that a full day will not be possible. Wendy then agreed to a refund and I informed her that I had already sent my banking details to Nitasha.
On Friday, 20 December at about 10am, another Mangwanani representative contacted me telephonically Nd promised to call back by 12 so that she could speak to the finance department and then get back to us.

To date, I have not received my refund and I'm still waiting for the call
