I am very disappointed with the service I have been rendered by your Rivonia branch. I submitted my application for a cheque account last week Thursday and was promised it would be opened by Monday. I enquired as to the situation and am only being told that the person attending to this never submitted my documents as that is why my account has been approved and I have to further come back to Rivonian to resubmit documents i already gave to them.. I mean really? This is so unprofessional... I thought changing my account from FNB to Standard Bank would be better but its just proving to be more of a headache. My customer number is 519310182... I went with all my necessary documents from my payslip, my contract of employment, proof of address, permanent resident permit as well as three months bank statements from my FNB account, I went with EVERYTHING. When I called the lady was not even helpful as she said i can only be assisted when the guy who helped me comes back on Thursday from sick leave. All they opened was a stupid savings account but my cheque account is still not opened after a week!!! Its so unnessarry, unprofessional and irritating. Im very disappointed
