I was at an atm in mitchells plain and i attempted to withdraw money it said technical error. I tried again and it said insufficcient funds. i went to the absa promenade branch a guy told me he cannot help because i lost my ID. I went to home affairs applied for a new one but couldnt get a temporary. I summarily went back to prmoenade with my reciept which showed i applied the guy again said i can not use that. I phoned the branch and a lady by the name of janine helped me, she said i should come in and ask for her i went and she processed things phoning me a day later to tell the funds will be paid within a day. Since she had given me a reference number i contacted the action line (were not really helpful just told me to contact the branch but i felt janine had done enough i didnt want to bother her further phoned action line again they gave me a number to contact saswitch where i spoke to a helpful lady elizabeth and she assisted me my airtime died and she actually called me back with out me asking telling me she would investigate an hour later janine phones and tell me the money is in. minutes later elizabeth phoned to say it will be in today. Thank you to these two ladies!!
