RECOVERING OF ACCESS

Was in an accident last year 06/09/2012 (taxi slammed into the back of my car in the rain). Rhulani B gave me the best service ever even to organise my rental car. ( good service for the last time). Ont the 10th I've send all
requested information through to him with a request if all is in order. From there I received no feedback and heard nothing. I've started to CC my requests to " [Email Removed] - still no reply. So I thought, will this might take a while and waited.
On 11/04/2013 I spoke to a Thuli M who asked me if I still have all my docs and witnesses names, i said yes, and she asked me to send it through again (why???) then all of a sudden (6 months later) for the 1st time I
receive an official letter from Miway to say they are trying to recover my access. why didn't I get this 6 months ago from Rhulani B? Now Miway is silent again. Asked for feedback from Rhulan, Thuli and Info@miway - no response at all (23/04/2013) This is so not Miway service. Let see what Miway do about this one!!!
