Transfer made without being consulted

I have a cheque account and a savings account with standard bank, my cheque account is in arrears, so I had some money that was deposited in my savings account, on Tuesday the 17th I just got an sms stating that R900.00 was transfer from savings account to cheque account without anyone calling me or anything.
I went to Woodmead branch were I was put on the phone to speak to some consultants who transfer me back and forth for almost an hour. They later said it was on the terms and conditions which I signed when I opened my cheque account, I requested to see a sample of such and nothing was provided.
I asked if the money could be reversed as it was supposed to be used urgently for family purposes. Its really disturbing worse they said they have tried several times to contact me but the contact details on their system was incorrect.. what bothers me is that this is not the first time, they first debited R400 of loan repayment before the actual pay day and I was so shocked when I was pouring petrol only to find out I didn't have money which was taken by standard bank. If my company was not banking with standard bank I was going to change banks without even turning back. DISAPPOINTED
