To Whom It May Concern,

I went to Standard Bank Karaglen on 30/03/2013 to open a cheque account and apply for a credit card.
The credit card was approved and the cheque account was done. I was told that i would be called to come and collect my cards.
I followed up with the contact center and got told that no documents were sent through to them.
I then sent an email to the enquiries, and got told that i must go back to the bank and re do my application.

I have all the printouts that I signed on 30/03/2013 for my 2 accounts and now i am being told to go back in and redo this whole application. I work during the week so i cannot just go back into the bank and wait in the que and then redo the application for another 2 hours.

I need my salary to go into the cheque account at the end of this month.

Please can something be done with regards to my application.
