I have applied for personal loan as I have an emergency it is a small amount and I am disappointed that because I am a foreigner I am given the run around i have been going back and forth between the branch of application Bramely and the phone trying to get clarity I have provided all documents its been two weeks now since I applied on the 14th and today I was told i need something else I am at wits end. I have been a cheque holder for more than a year and was convinced to move bank and move my salary to Standard bank but i am disappointed with the treatment i have provided payslips contract of employment etc and salary is paid into standard bank and shows i can CLEARLY afford the monthly repayment of R300 odd it is an insult that I am a gold cheque holder and have big monies coming into my account that you continuously ask me for documents and always are not at hand to help in my dire time and crisis. there is no point then to hold my account with you as I thought i would get better service but its been appalling.
